CADET PROGRAMMES & ONBOARDING

The journey to maritime excellence begins with strong foundations. Our cadet programmes which include Deck, Engine, Electro-Technical Cadets as well as Cook Trainees; are designed to prepare future professionals for the realities of life at sea, combining pre-sea and post-curriculum training with structured onboard integration. Using our Digital Onboard Training System (DOTS), cadets receive hands-on experience supported by real-time progress supervision, ensuring they develop the skills, discipline, and confidence required to thrive in a demanding industry.
