Backed by our ERP system and expert teams ashore, we ensure accurate, compliant, and transparent payroll processing for seafarers from more than 60 nations - covering payslips, allotments, leave pay, and more. In full compliance with local regulations, payments are routed through trusted global banks, and seafarers can access their payslips anytime via the CrewCompanion® app.
training & development
Training is one of our core philosophies. We don't just deploy crew - we mentor and support them throughout their seafaring career. Certified programs cover deck, engine, electrical, and catering roles, delivered through global training centres, digital platforms, and onboard mentoring.
