Since the early days, Marlow Navigation has grown from a small team in Limassol to a globally renowned name in commercial ship management. With a network of 30 fully controlled offices across 14 countries, we support over 1,500 shore-based staff and 16,000+ engaged crew currently sailing. An active pool of 28,000+ seafarers, ensures we have the right crew for your needs.
Today, we stand as a global leader in the maritime industry, renowned for our comprehensive ship and crew management services. Marlow Navigation manages a diverse fleet of vessels, providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Established in Cyprus
Marlow Navigation is registered, with operations beginning in 1983, from a small office in the maritime hub of Limassol.
Expanding management network
Marlow Navigation eastablishes local presence in Germany and the Netherlands, in 1991 and 1992 respectively, to better serve local clients.
Training Programme Established
The first training programme is established in Leer, Germany. Our iconic MV EMSTROM vessel is converted into a training facility for seafarers.
Focus on crewing
Marlow expands manning operations in the Philippines and Ukraine, with local representation.
Marlow Network Grows
Further expansion with representation in Poland & Russia for the recruitment of officers. Expansion in Asia is futher noted with a management office in China.
